By 2020, 48% of corporations think contractors will become more important than full-time employees. I subscribe to the idea that we're preparing students for their future, not our past. So I recently experimented by doing a project where I hired contractors to create an intro video, an outro video, a script, and an explainer video and in that process, I worked with people from India, United Kingdom, Indonesia, and Bulgaria. We exchanged files in the cloud and only communicated via instant messaging. Learn how this exercise helped my to better understand the world that we're preparing students for.
