Integrating Technology in the Arts
For many schools, tech in the arts classroom is a second thought. I was lucky enough to have a principal and district that saw my passion for utilizing technology in the classroom. So, even though I don’t teach a core subject (I teach theatre full time), they supplied me with a classroom chromebook cart and about ten iPads. The goal of this presentation is to inspire you to integrate technology in your arts curriculum, because, in the real world, technology is just as prevalent in the arts as it is in all aspects of our lives.
