Nora Trentacoste, California-based Regional Customer Account Director for Texthelp has worked closely for 20 years with district leaders across western North America  to provide implementation oversight, guidance, and ensure content and tech resources align with district objectives.  Prior to joining Texthelp, Nora worked as an ESL teacher, EL Specialist for publishers, as well as sales executive and sales manager for ed tech teams. Nora is currently working on her M.S. in Organizational Performance and Workplace learning at Boise State. She married into a neurodiverse family and attending many IEP meetings has brought the need for digital equity into sharp focus for her.  Her hobbies include swimming, native plant gardening, baking, and reading.
