Dr. Darryl Adams career in education spans more than 35 years. He has served as a teacher, human resource specialist, middle school administrator, high school principal, director and assistant superintendent of Human Resources, head of negotiations and strategic planning, and 6 years as Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Adams has worked with the U.S. Department Of Education and Office of Educational Technology to help pave the way for connectivity for all and the integration of technology into the classroom. Following retirement, he has served as a nationally known leadership development, educational technology, Board and Superintendent governance, executive searches and strategic planning consultant as well as a sought after keynote speaker in those areas. Dr. Adams received his doctorate from Azusa Pacific University and his the USC Urban Superintendents Academy Program Certificate.  Dr. Adams has served on many non-profit boards including the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, The Healthy Family Foundation, The Literacy Project Foundation and the United Way of the Desert to name a few. Dr. Adams’ dissertation is ‘A Multiple-Site Case Study of Instructional Leadership in Low-Performing High Improvement Schools and have authored articles for CUE Magazine and ACSA EdCall Magazine.
